Thuan Nguyen, a registered migration agent, has lived, studied, and worked in Australia for 44 years. He graduated from Monash University in 1987 and later pursued postgraduate degrees at Victoria University and the University of Melbourne. In 2014, he completed a Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law. He earned his Doctoral Degree in Education from Monash University in 2024.

During his professional career, Thuan has held senior positions, including Project Manager at Westpac Bank, Lecturer at Victoria University, and Information Technology Manager at Etihad Stadium Melbourne.

​

Thuan is currently the Business Manager of the registered practice, TND Migration Consulting. Under Australian immigration law, individuals must be registered to provide immigration assistance, or they risk prosecution.

​

With a strong understanding of the Migration Act, Regulations, and the Department of Home Affairs' policies, Thuan dedicates time to writing detailed submissions for the Department and the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART). These submissions offer a comprehensive client profile, which is crucial in helping clients secure visas.

Thuy Nguyen has lived in Melbourne for over 45 years. She graduated from Monash University in 1989 and previously worked at RMIT as a Research Analyst, where she performed statistical analyses for academic research projects.

​

In her career, Thuy has also worked with several Victorian Government Departments and Agencies, including the Department of Justice and the Department of Human Services. Her experience has given her in-depth knowledge of consumer rights and how to protect them.

​

At TND Migration, Thuy enjoys working with clients and places great emphasis on accuracy when completing forms. She encourages clients to provide thorough and precise information to the Department to help achieve the best possible outcomes for their visa applications.
